Beyond Limitations: A Culinary Exploration

Brief

My goal for this project was to create a captivating portfolio that showcased my refined technical skills and innovative culinary spirit. I aimed to achieve this by pushing my creative boundaries in food creation, drawing inspiration from respected figures in the field, and collaborating with Chef Sahil. Resource limitations became an opportunity to demonstrate my ability to work creatively. The final portfolio aimed to strike a balance between authenticity in the dishes and a push towards innovative presentations.

The Work

To achieve the project goals, I focused on two key areas:

Culinary Innovation: I developed a collection of visually stunning culinary creations, pushing the boundaries of food design while maintaining the essence of the cuisine. Highlighting specific technical skills used in the creations further showcased my expertise.

Visual Impact: I mastered the Chiaroscuro lighting technique to elevate the visual impact of the food photography. This technique ensured the final portfolio captured the essence of each creation in a captivating way.
